Cancellation Policy

At Rekha Writing Instruments, we begin processing your order immediately to ensure timely delivery. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:

1. Standard Orders (Non-Customized)

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement or until the status changes to "Dispatched," whichever is earlier.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, follow our Return Policy once the item is delivered.

2. Customized & Personalized Orders

Our "Premium Etched" series and corporate orders are made-to-order.

  • Window for Change: You have a 2-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel or request changes to the engraving text/design.

  • Production Phase: Once the engraving process has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified. As these are permanent markings tailored specifically to you, they cannot be restocked or resold.

3. Bulk & Corporate Orders

Cancellations for bulk corporate inquiries are governed by the specific terms outlined in your Proforma Invoice or Service Agreement. Generally, once the advance payment is processed and digital proofs are approved, cancellations are not permitted.

4. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your Order ID:

5. Refund Processing

If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 5–7 working days, in accordance with RBI guidelines.
