At Rekha Writing Instruments, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our metal etched pens. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a clear and fair resolution process.
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for all standard (non-customized) products. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
Because our "Premium Etched" series involves permanent laser engraving or custom branding tailored to your specific requirements:
Non-Returnable: Custom-engraved pens or corporate bulk orders with company logos cannot be returned or exchanged for a "change of mind."
Error Correction: In the rare event that the engraving does not match your approved digital proof due to our error, we will provide a 100% free replacement immediately.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The pen must be in its original premium packaging, including any certificates or warranty cards.
A valid proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice) must be provided.
Used pens or pens showing signs of wear and tear.
Individual ink refills or cartridges.
Items purchased during "Clearance" or "Flash Sales."
Personalized/Engraved items (except in cases of manufacturing defects).

Inspection: Our quality control team in Mumbai will review your request within 48 hours.
Pickup/Shipping: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you. For "change of mind" returns (on standard items), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our Kalbadevi office.
Resolution: Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund within 7–10 working days.
