At Rekha Writing Instruments, we are committed to providing you with a superior writing experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Standard Orders: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our Mumbai hub. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible.
Customized/Engraved Orders: Due to the permanent nature of laser engraving and custom branding, orders for personalized pens cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun. Please double-check all names and logos before finalizing your order.
We maintain strict quality control, but in the rare event of an issue, our policy is as follows:
Eligibility: You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your parcel. To be eligible for a return, the pen must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original premium packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your pen arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect (e.g., ink flow issues or structural flaws), we will provide a free replacement.
Note: We highly recommend recording a short "unboxing video" to help us expedite your claim with our courier partners.
Incorrect Personalization: If the engraving does not match the specifications provided in your order due to an error on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personalized or laser-engraved pens (unless defective).
Pens that show signs of significant use or wear.
Items purchased during "Clearance" or "End of Season" sales.
Individual refills (unless the seal is intact).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 7–10 working days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is initiated due to a change of mind (for non-customized items), the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
To start a return or report a defect:

Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
Once authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to our Kalbadevi office.
